PRODUCTION SYSTEM
We work the land with great respect and love for our natural environment, aligned with the principles of sustainable agriculture in order to achieve soil conservation and long-term fertility for future generations. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilizers on our crops. We work within the system that nature has provided us, leaving the crops’ flowers on the ground where they fall, allowing the natural recycling process to take place. We support biodiversity through integrating crops and our reforestation efforts, which involve replanting native trees from the older plantations.

We harvest tea during the spring and summer with our own machinery. Yerba mate is harvested by hand during the fall and winter. Both crops are then placed in large bags and taken to our kilns in order to be processed into yerba mate, black and green tea. The process of sorting and packaging is carried out in a modern plant located in the city of Oberá. The entire process is done under our strict control and monitoring. From there, our products are distributed throughout the country and the world.
